| 8th Feb 2023 ATT; DIRECT VLGC OWNERS / SELLERS PURCHASE OF 3 # OF VLGC LPG CARRIERS AS BELOW: a) VLGC LPG Gas carriers - Vessel age 2016 to Newbuild b) In the event 2016 to younger is not available, please advise which year is available for sale but must be in good condition and come with latest inspection reports. c) Please note, buyer has the funds & KYC documents ONLY for OWNER review & approval as well. d) If the ships are in the shipyard, please advise if OWNERS intend to sell as RESALE units. e) With the answers to these questions, direct buyers can probably buy the ships on a T/C contract as well.
